Robbie is now playing the stadiums in June, that Jovi would typically play and on the same sort of dates.

My hopes for a Jovi show for my 40th birthday are fading a little

Still a chance if they opt for arena dates instead.

Do you really think they'll do arenas while Robbie ****ing Williams does stadiums? That'd be embarrasing

What about July? Any chance of UK stadium dates then?

When did tickets go on sale on past European dates? I remember last time it was before Xmas for my June show. I'm really starting to think Europe is not going to happen next year

I don't understand the slagging Robbie is getting these days on here.

Sure, his music mostly does not offer the deepest meaning; but the dude is a living legend and once in a generation live performer. In many ways (popularity, genre) I feel like he is the British pop version of Bon Jovi (Tom Cruise analogy works here again). And it's not surprising that he's doing stadiums in UK

So I don't get this attitude, especially from Bon Jovi fans, considering that we are the ones who usually have to hear pretentious pricks (who are fans of 'acclaimed' bands) putting down our band.

I agree. RW may not be a modern day Bob Dylan but he's a great entertainer with a respectable back catalogue.

And he's far more popular in the UK.

I've never heard a Robbie Williams song in my life but I remember when he and Jon were on the same show and Jon was very complimentary of him. Bon Jovi never gets to #1 in the UK it's like the perennial curse.

Was TD the last? I know it definitely was #1 here. Don't remember if any of the others were.

I have just started to worry about the Europen tour.
Last tour one of the concerts I attended was Hyde Park ; It was announced after Christmas but most of the European dates went on sale before Christmas so who knows this time ?
I think they should announce the second leg of the American tour before the European dates if both of them happen.

Nothing is definite after those first dates.
