yeah it is but at least you can still get quite decent tickets a week before for a jovi staduim show. If it is indoors it maybe different.

Not confirmed by the band or the RIR organization. But it was already confirmed by a famous journalist here in Brazil, known to never miss this kind of information. Various famous sites here in Brazil are already saying that's it's confirmed. We have to wait for the official confirmation, but considering that Bon Jovi's day in RIR was the day that sold out faster (all the ticktes were gone in 01 hour and few minutes), we can say that it's 99% confirmed.

They do have a very short US leg right now so...

I'm not holding my breath for any European shows in 2017 really. There have been rumours here and in other forums about different festivals both Europe and North/South America and that sounds more feasible right now. Maybe book some shows around those festivals.

I'd love if they do multiple shows at the same venue and less countries. Isn't this the cheapest option in terms of logistics/ticket distribution? It seems the less risky one. I know many fans would complain because that would translate in lots of UK/German shows and just a handful of others in random places and I'd be probably screwed if it's in the summer but haven't we all been asking for quality over quantity? That's my hope for this tour, *selected* shows to regain their fanbase. Specially in Europe (not to start an Europe VS US debate, but it's a fact that Europe has been less enthusiastic lately)

Seems like they could go the Aerosmith route and doing us arena tours with a smattering of festivals in Europe.

This is what I'm hoping for. For them to do the festival circuit with some of their dates in either big arenas or smaller stadiums sprinkled in between. I know it would be difficult for Jon since it would seem like downgrading at a time when he really wants to prove a point but, it is a sure fire way to be profitable and also they might win over some new fans that way if he can still deliver it live.....

I think it is better to do more country and instead 4 shows in Germany and England they could do 2 max and 1 show per country, about 20 more of them-Spain,France,Ireland,Scotland,Belgium,Holland,Swiz erland,Austria,Italy,Sweden,Norway,Finland,Denmark ,Portugal,Poland and some Balkans states-Croatia or Serbia,Greece,Hungary and Turkey!
A few states left in Europe to visit from the band: Estonia,Latvia,Lithuania,Belorussia,Ukraine,Slovak ia,Serbia and states they are never gonna visit: Slovenia,Bosnia(I live there),Montenegro,Macedonia,Albania,Moldova!

Only problem with festivals is the expectancy to play the hits. There's no hiding behind album tracks that might be vocally easier.

Surely Jon would steer clear of Always. They'd have to play Prayer, Bad Name, Wanted, IML, Bad Medicine. What else?

Surely they could get away with a set that's half hits, half album tracks/new songs? Don't know which other songs but KTF and Sleep will definitely be played, maybe Born to be my baby, Bed of roses and HAND also. Plus Jon will always play Who says no matter if it wasn't a hit in THAT part of the world. LH and or Memory will make an appearance as "hits" as will Born to follow for whatever reason. Will we now be subjected to Follow AND BWC always in the same show? Plus there's always the reliable album tracks that get the crowd into it as if they were hits like Raise your hands, We got it goin' on, and Captain Crash. The shows still could be crowd pleasers if they do them right, shot voice or not, mix it up, keep it energetic and at festivals they could just stop it at 21 or 22 songs. Jon seems to have a lot of passion back for music, so hopefully that could translate to the performances and even if his voice isn't what it used to be, it still could be awesome!!

Jon won't get away with his mannequin like performances on the festival circuit.
