lol Rosie the only thing that makes me cautious is more if they add shows ... ( I don't think it will happen ... but I just don't book yet ...)

United Emirates
India (2 different cities)
Thailand
Vietnam
Malaysia
Singapore
Indonesia
Phillipines

Just to keep everyone up to date. These are all I know of, no idea if some countries have been scrapped of the list yet. Some of the countries have been confirmed by the band (United Emirates and Singapore) but of this list India looks most certain for now. They are trying to cram in more countries to make this leg of the tour more beneficial.

We're talking April 19 to May 19. The band will then fly to America while the stage will be shipped to Europe.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan
good news, i hope this leg will happen and be succesful, i wonder though what changes have took place since an appearence in us have been announced for april 30th..

You do know what negotiation means, right?
Yes I know what negotiation means, do you? Read what supersonic wrote.
I only know that private schools in NY/NJ graduate the first weekend of June, general info. I have no idea what school. But would be interested in how TwinFan knows that it “will be no more than a day long affair”? Also someone already posted the Israeli Ministry announced that it would be April 27th.

OK, I didn't see that part. Error on my part.

I've been to high school graduations before, including my own. There's a ceremony, and I'm sure there will be a party of some sort. Unless they're planning some vacation/megaparty for the next days, it should be only one day long. Use some common sense, please.

Don't bring the graduation into this topic. You said the reason why they wouldn't play there was because of customs, and customs have zero to do with Jon's graduation. So stop pretending to be this know-it-all because all you seem to know are the things BJM feed you, instead of the common sense people on this board bring with them.

Do you honestly think that if someone graduates from private school, a school funded by private donations, that Jon won't be able to tell them which day he wants his daughter to graduate? Again, like I've told someone else on this board, look at the bigger picture.

As for the dates; I'm just reporting what I was told. Singapore had been confirmed by Richie in an interview with a newspaper from Singapore. Abu Dhabi has been confirmed by Mike Rew, the crew chief. Many other dates have been under negotiation, but it has to fit into their touring schedule, not into their private lives.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

Thanks for the updates, I was not in urgent need to know before and now it's still the same. Whatever and whenever is officially announced, I will give it some thought, but as I said thanks in name of those that must know.

And about the "knowing" of what Jon does or doesn't, remember... there are fans, specially on that, oh so very informative site, that know when Jon leaves his house, when he goes on vacation, when he returns... the Jovi spies are everywhere, LMAO

I didn't bring graduation topic into this thread Mimi did. I only asked about the confirm of Singapore and UAE, thank you for that information.

Most people on this board don't use common sense. And it is a custom and a tradition in the NY/NJ area to have huge parties for the HS graduation and yes some over multiple days depending on when the graduation occurs for example a Friday night graduation- parties don't happen till Saturday or Sunday or if graduation is on Saturday, the party is Sunday. Private schools are not funded by private donations, they are funded through paying tuition which is not optional to pay or vary by ability to pay. An no Jon wouldn't be able to tell them when he wants his daughter to graduate as these private schools have traditions. I am not pretending or saying I know it all. But when a group of people continue to claim knowing so much about a country they don't live in and how everything works in that country, I will speak up and will continue to do so.

it looks like this leg, if it happens wont be realy big, like the south america visit. i wonder though, how come they hadnt arrange things earlier, even if they had much time to organize it looks like a last minute thing, in uk they didnt book the venues early in places like manchester, in south america they could have more profit with double dates in sao paolo-argentina-mexico easily, and now the same...
i believe they make too many changes and this time around looks like sth didnt went as planned, we ll see how big and succesful this leg will be
