Default Coupel of questions

Hi

I am a Bon Jovi Newbie - saw them at Southampton.

Do they actually choose the local support bands? Surely not as each venue would have laods of competition - in that case who does?

Whats with the thign of peopel going up on stage - can anyone explain how its done?

Any idea when they are touring next? I note they have been on a few tours since 2000 - could they continue or perhaps they will want a long rest..

The local bands have been chosen through local contests.

The people who get in the fan pits are people who usually have won those passes from local radio stations. Some have gone to charity auctions in the past, but most are local winners.

They'll probably not do a full tour again until they've released a new studio CD, though they may do a few shows here and there before they start a full tour.

the band set competitions with local radio stations for unsigned local bands to open up for BJ this tour in europe.

people going up on stage won competitions from tvs/radios/magazines in some cases they were just picked at random before the show to go up on stage.

as for another tour who knows....
