Then there would be lawsuits against JON for injuring the fans who ended up as his "cushion" - that idiot fan wasn't just taking her safety in her hands, she was endangering Jon's safety and all the fans in the area (as well as the guests of the band and the venue staff and security working below the catwalk!)
