Well worded.

The only addition I would make is in reference to them distancing themselves from the ticket prices. If they do not have a hand in it as they claim, then they have a moral duty to their fans to make a stand on their behalf because it's an inevitability that if they don't sort it out, not only will they lose the support of their loyal following but also the financial perks that those fans bring in ticket sales and merchandise purchases.
