The concept of trying to help someone get a concert in another city seems strange to me.
Shouldn't all the local citizens try to get a concert?
If a fat guy from Ohio (me) votes for a concert in Argentina, that certainly doesn't mean I will buy a ticket there. If you want a concert in your city you need to convince the local promoter that it will be a financial success for them so that they buy a concert from the band.
Vote with your money, concerts are all about selling tickets, not pleasing fans on an internet board.
