Theres plenty of good free downloadable programs out there specifly for ripping audio from youtube - just google about. Or use a free audio progrmame such as Audacity to record anything thats playing through your speakers. As for downloading the videos themselves, something like www.keepvid.com works a treat as its easy to use.
