Go Terri
Can I take out Sunny Day and the singing munchkins while I'm at it? Or do my powers only extend to Jovi?

Oh Ice, that's WAY to close for comfort. Even Obie might figure that out!

Great...now Obie will go and tell them to play it out of spite.

To Terri et. all. You all know I personally love said song that shall not be named, and would gladly take credit/blame for it reappearing at some point. =p

That's right. I guess that explains why you weren't afraid to name "the song that shall not be named"! Tsk. Tsk.

I must say that I was getting really excited to see the band during this tour, but all that excitment is gone. I've seen the band 27 times since 2000 and always have a great time at the show, however when I leave and look at the bill on my credit card it leaves me feeling jaded. How hard would it be for Jon to learn a few more songs just to be on the safe side during these tours. Lets face it the band isn't the ones picking the songs. Last year they pulled out Stick To Your Guns with no prep time and Richie, Dave, Tico, and Hugh all knew it but Jon didnt. So dont tell me it would be to hard to learn the lyrics to songs you wrote.

Makes me laugh all this BS about learning tons of songs and changing set list every night and being a quarterback on the stage. Jon if you are the quarterback you are leading what was once the greatest live band in the world, to being the next Poison. Might as well be Poison every summer they go on the road with the same 15hits and thats it, you however do the same 15 and 5 new songs and call it a day.

This is what the tour should look like if you wern't so lazy!!!

BLOOD ON BLOOD or LAY YOUR HANDS ON ME
WE WEREN’T BORN TO FOLLOW
YOU GIVE LOVE A BAD NAME
BORN TO BE MY BABY
GET READY or TOKYO ROAD
ROULETTE or ONLY LONELY
WHOLE LOT OF LEAVIN’ or LOST HIGHWAY
SUPERMAN TONIGHT
THORN IN MY SIDE or BROKEN PROMISELAND
WE GOT IT GOING ON or RAISE YOUR HANDS
HAVE A NICE DAY
BAD MEDICINE
HOMEBOUND TRAIN (RICHIE SAMBORA)
HALLEUJAH
BED OF ROSES or ALWAYS or I’LL BE THERE FOR YOU
SOMETHING FOR THE PAIN or SOMETHING TO BELIEVE IN
SOMEDAY I’LL BE SATURDAY NIGHT or STICK TO YOUR GUNS
WORK FOR THE WORKING MAN
KEEP THE FAITH
WHO SAYS YOU CAN’T GO HOME
LOVE’S THE ONLY RULE
LIVIN’ ON A PRAYER

ENCORE
WHEN WE WERE BEAUTIFUL
WANTED DEAD OR ALIVE
IT’S MY LIFE
LEARN TO LOVE

The key here is that there are about 12 spots in the show where they could play THIS or THIS or THAT. They just don't bother doing it.

5 songs off The Circle
Bad Name, Prayer, Wanted, Bad RX, It's My Life, Have A Nice Day, Keep The Faith, (Always Bed Of Roses, I'll Be There For You should be rotated) should be played every night.

That's a total of 13 songs. They should be playing 25 songs every night. This leaves 12 spots to mix things up.

Do you know how upset I would be if I turned up to a Bruce gig and didn't hear Sunny Day?

Very upset. That song is just so wicked!

Do you realise that you just wrote this long criticism of how lazy Jon is for putting together an uninspired setlist and then the setlist(s) you produced as example of what he should be doing (if he weren't so lazy) is virtually exactly what he has been doing?

Sorry, it just made me laugh.
