Although I suspect Jon has figured out it is a good way to see what fans are thinking, care about and don't and what songs are important to them and what ones are not.
Personally I think it's cool that he is reading and adressing concerns, got to give the guy credit for trying.

I definitely give Jon credit for trying it, because we know from the documentary that he didn't want to. No doubt, it's a great way to keep in touch with the buying public, and it would be silly to totally ignore it in this day and age.

I follow a number of recording artists on Twitter and Facebook, and some obviously have "people" to do that, but its still good information. Others (some young, and some not so young) really seem to enjoy it and are posting comments, pics, etc. constantly. They're the ones who are really fun to follow!

What makes you so sure that it is really JBJ posting and reading twitter comments ? I doubt that - only a pic of him in front of a notebook is no prove at all. I guess the last thing JBJ does after a show is switching on a pc and reading BJ "fans" moan. I cannot blame him.
He certainly got his pple for this as he hates pcs

Of course, he probably dictates to whoever tweets the rest of the time and certainly doesn't get texts with the replies on his iphone

I think the ones that he signs his name to are him. The rest are obviously done by BJmanagement. But the ones saying this is jbj are him I would think.

In the sense of pleasing the die hards.

Read the PBP from night one of Hawaii. Don't think there was a single person dissapointed after that night.

not looking for friends, just having a good chuckle at everyone who thinks they somehow have a higher say for set lists than the thousands of other fans I think it's safe to say there were a bunch of people who attended tonight who actually enjoyed the setlist
