Default Disgusting....

Well I originally thought that the O2 tickets priced at upto £150/200 was pretty horrific.
I'm now looking at the packages on offer via Ticketmaster and I have to say I'm truly disgusted at the approach being taken by the band/AEG.

A "Silver" Package costs £650 per ticket, getting you a seat in A1, A2 or A3; pre-show entertainment, some food and drink, parking, early entry to the venue (why?) so merchandise, a laminate and a post show party. I dread to think what a "Gold" or "Platinum" package costs.

Way to go Jon & Co - you officially no longer recognise the "Working Man". I hope they enjoy looking out on that front section of the arena where it's become "corporate entertainment".

Even more reason to boycott the shows........

i do find it amusing that the new albums first 3 songs are about the financial doom and gloom in the world and then they release ticket prices that are astronimical.

i just got two for £75 each - on the lower tier.
If I could only get upper I wouldnt have bothered as it would have been £65 to Bon Jovi the size of ants.

Except if their adding more and more dates the initial sales must have gone pretty well, so boycotting isn't doing much good.

Can't believe these prices, went to see Green Day last week at the O2 and seeing Muse in 2 weeks time there, both these tickets cost me £45 each...the same seat for Bon Jovi will be £200. I can't afford that,so this will be the first time that I won't be seeing them on a UK tour. Gutted!!!

Do we have to have this same thread over and over again?

Yes, the prices are needlessly expensive, but we established that about a week ago!

Personally, I've bought one £45 ticket, and I'm sure I'll enjoy the show even though I'll be about a mile from the band. Getting to the front isnt everything ... a good show is a good show regardless (or vice versa)

As far as I know a lt of these VIP tickets are organised by O2 not the band!!! I agree the prices are way to expensive either way, so I just opted for what I could afford....

Well don't go and spend £200, spend £45 or £65 (like me)
You can't be that gutted to not see them if you're not willing to go and enjoy the show from wherever you're seated.

Once again it's someone moaning because they can't be near the front. Well, sometimes that's life. We know the ticket prices are extortionate - but they keep adding shows so clearly SOMEONE is buying them - even the expensive ones. I'd rather pay what I can afford and not miss out on what I'm hoping will be an awesome 02 show than not go just because I can't see the sweat on Jon's forehead.

Why dont the band just admit it, that its themselves ( jon ) who set the prices. Just seen that aeg are also doing the kiss tourand there tickets start from $37.75 roughly £30.00. Robbing Shits,
