Default Disposable cameras at the concerts?

Just wondering about the Bon Jovi merchandise disposable camera: are they flash-free? I ask because we were told in the first five rows in Atlanta last time that we couldn't use a flash. But if they're selling cameras with flashes, it wouldn't make sense to forbid the use of flashes.

Someone mentioned the cameras they sell at the venue were crap. I took my digital in at Bryce without being hidden, no problem. It flashed and no one said anything to me. The only problem was the tight ass security there, they would not let you use a zoom on a camera, regardless the type. My friend had her 35 mm and got some great shots. Being we were in the 2nd & fourth rows might have had something to do with that too.

if it's standing they can't stop you, everybody's too squashed up, and they simply couldn't do anything to stop you. Concerts in England are ok, I've never been told not to take photo's, even when at a seating venue on the front row!

the disposable cameras they sell do come with flash. but there's a little button kind of thing to activate the flash, so that there'll be a flash, so i think you can use it w/o the flash if you don't press the button thing on the front before each picture. they cost $15 (or at least at the Bryce Jordan concert). i didn't have too much of good luck with my three cameras. since only about 6 pics out of around 80 something onely came out somewhat. Oh well, i've learned to love them!
