i suppose but still i think richie should turn his back

he could have walked over to bandiera (sp?) and played with him shoulder to shoulder or something

I think he just really want Bandiera to be in the spotlight during the solo. And thatīs more obvious if he turns his back to the audience. But who knows.

if he wants him to be in the spotlight he should walk over to him no one pays attention to him cos hes at the edge of the stage so its like hes alienated

Yeah I see your point, but I think heīs turning his back to the audience just to give Bandiera a chance to be in the spotlight, like I said. But as we all know, Bandiera canīt handle the spotlight and thatīs why it looks so lame.
If he had gone in to the centre of the stage, no one would have noticed what Richie was doing anyway.

If anyone wants a good read, search for the interview with Bobby I posted that I found online. It may sort of explain what you're talking about.

Emil, I never thought about it that way, a chance to give Bobby a spotlight, good point.

Well Bobby and Jeff will be there the next tour too. Since Jon announced that they are on permanent loan from Southside Johnny!
