What do you want to hear. We met him and Hugh in Dublin. We've chatted a little while with them in front of a hotel. And I requested Dry County and they played it in Dublin .

That's all basically, I know Laura and Taija talked to them briefly too.

I saw a few SSJ shows this spring and summer and the guitarist that replaced Bobby kicks ass. His name is Ricky Bird (check him out on SSJ's official site) and he is 10 times the guitar player that Bobby is. Even so - longtime fans of SSJ were asking for Bobby at the shows I attended. Go figure.

I guess you could say that except I don't really know the deal that he has with SSJ. Both Bobby and Jeff are longtime players with Southside Johnny. Bobby joined that band in 1988 I think. I also know that Bobby has played with Jon before - he was with him on the Destination Anywhere tour in 1998. So perhaps Bobby's deal with SSJ is very loose. I really don't know the contract details though.

Since Bobby also helped Jon with the demo for Blaze of Glory, it's almost like Bobbys been associated with him for as long as he has with Johnny.

As long perhaps - but he usually travels and plays with SSJ on a permanent basis. This tour was the first time he joined Bon Jovi for the entire tour. He and Jeff were also onstage for the TLFR Borgata show.
