Well thank you Theirry! One of my favorite cartoons when I was younger.

Excuse the ignorance, but who are Bobby and Jeff?

Bobby Bandiera and Jeff Kazzee, 2 musicians of Southside Johnny. They where on the 2003 TLFR DVD too. And they performed quite a lot with Bon Jovi recently.

Hmm... this is weird because I had this discussion with myself yesterday when the new batch of tour dates came up. Do I need to go to another show?? Probably not. But will I? Yeah. Why?? Bon Jovi shows are the most fun thing I do. It's my excuse to travel, a reason to go check out cities and towns that I wouldn't go to otherwise, and a chance to see friends that I wouldn't otherwise see anywhere near as much.

Then there is the magic of BJ live. It doesn't matter that I've heard "wanted" a million times or "prayer" either there is something about watching them and listening to it live that makes it special everytime.

Then there is .... what I call the moments. Example: Bounce tour 2003. The second show in Minneapolis the night they did their first ever accoustic set on tour in the US. I almost didn't go to this show because I had seen them here just a few months before, and thought well it'll be the same , etc..... but I went anyway and WOW, did I get to see a cool, different show and hear some songs I hadn't ever heard live. For this alone it's worth going, you never know what may happen.

I don't travel to see Bon Jovi. In fact I've seen them just once and they were playing in Madrid. I Guess I'm too lazy because I enjoyed "my" show tremendously even if the songs were the same old ones.

Before I met my boyfriend who lives in Barcelona they played there for *free* (must have been 2002). Couldn't they do it again so that this time I get to go?

At one point my boyfriend (not a fan) and I discussed picking one concert in some European city and going there for the sightseeing-cum-Bon-Jovi-show but with all this ticket chaos and all we have dropped the idea.

Talking worth it

i think its worth it even if the set is 90% the same they normally make small changes that make it different. i remember hyde park and you just knew it would be special just like wembley and dublin will be.
ive spent more than i hoped i would for all the england gigs and dublin, and ill stay in every city. its not just the gigs themselves but its spending time with mates and having fun. plus the world cup will be on aswell. i cant wait
