It will probably look nothing like that at all!

So basically the band will be playing in a massive tree house?!

I love it, although the car sounds brilliant.

Has there usually been different openers on different legs of the tours? Like US was different then Europe later? If no, I don't see a reason why they would change it.

Besides last time Jovi had a great rock band supporting, Biffy Clyro, the majority of fans crucified them for being different from the usual shit radio rock junk.
Bon jovi always have run of the mill support acts for fear of being upstaged by anyone better. BC only played one gig with them and being the shoegazers that they were gave off the attitude that they didn't want to be there so the feeling was mutual.

Hmm I was in the GC at Twick that night and the crowd's attitude was horrendous if I'm honest.

I think you'll find the reason they gave off that attitude was because the crowd we're bloody awful to them. In the end they gave up and thought F**k it we'll just p**s them off which I thought was brilliant.

It was almost as if the majority of the crowd, certainly in the GC, where berating them for being a little left field, and different from the norm. It actually left me feeling how bloody minded and one dimensional the fans where tbh. I distinctly remember one guy behind us giving the band so much stick that in the end my sister turned around to him and told him where to get off..needless to say he was fairly quiet after that

I also remember that the band members, at the end of their set, pointed out to us and applauded us as we made a point of cheering them on in between songs.

To be fair, they weren't even announced until they just appeared on the signs a few days before the gig, so the crowd weren't expecting them (and probably were expecting The Feeling) and to be honest, it was a bit of a mismatch between crowd and performer. They didn't want to be there, the crowd didn't really care for them.

Regardless of the reasons I still think it was pretty poor of the crowd for their attitude.

Of course everyone has a right to air an opinion and what not, but in the 12 or whatever years I've been going to gigs I can't recall seeing anything like that before.

Bon Jovi we're woeful that night anyway, I actually thought Biffy we're much better.

I was at that gig too, remember Biffy saying something to the crowd about ''you can go back to playing with your Nintendo DS's'' or something to that effect.

The average bon jovi fan there that night wouldn't know or appreciate anything outside the mainstream if it came up and bit them in the ass. Which is ironic, as BC are now hugely popular.

Same with Vintage trouble, who are a fantastic tight and rockin live band, but most of the GC where I was last tour SAT DOWN during their performance like they were at some sort of OAP picnic and barely clapped once they finished, which I thought was both rude and ignorant. Open your ears a bit to new music! A typical Bon Jovi fan embarrasses me sometimes. That band rocked and jammed more than Bon Jovi that night, but it fell on deaf ears.

IMO the problem was that the sound quality was so terrible that their entire performance just sounded like noise. I like them a lot, but that was the worst sound set up for a big professional band that I've ever heard.

I still enjoyed their performance more than The Feeling though
