Yeah, they did the same intro at the Hyde Park concert on the same tour, but the lights etc didn't work in the daylight, so all you could hear was the music.

I suppose that's the issue with summer stadium tours, the lighting doesn't have an affect until later on when it gets dark.

is that the hyde park concert which has a few songs on the TLFR DVD? because from memory it's actually not the same music that was used in Japan (on the youtube clip from Sapporo). I may be wrong though

EDIT: it's not the same music

Japan - London -
Japan's intro music was a hell of a lot more interesting, even without the added effect of the lights.

they just don't put any effort in live shows anymore....that's why tickets aren't selling well...is it so difficult to make an awsome stage??....FFS just use "bounce" tour stage again....

The accoustic set is one of the most frustrating aspects of the tour for me. Dont get me wrong, we've had some good/rare songs performed, but they could have gone so miuch further with it. By its very nature, any accoustic set is going to be something of a lull, so I think its here that they could really take advantage and try a lot more rare stuff.

I don't give a rat's ass what the stage looks like. I just want all of the members of Bon Jovi on it.

The arena stage for this tour was actually pretty kickass IMO.

^I agree!

I think the stage is fine. Big screen and the Circle, that's plenty. It's about the songs they play, not how they present them.

Hope we get a normal Jovi stage setup at Hyde Park, but I fear it will just be a standard festival stage.

I like the current stadium layout, the enormous HD screen looks truly superb. ALthough the best to look at was the Bounce arena layout with the satellites, wish they brought something like that on the stadium leg.
