From where I look at this, it's very very
very easy for the Italians to travel to see the other shows, e.g. Switzerland. The distances there aren't anywhere close to what they are if you have to go there from Finland.
Bon Jovi dropped out a lot of the places that they did the previous tours, and that of course is a pity, but then we have to make arrangements to go and see them elsewhere, or then not go and see them.
I, for one, am going to travel to Europe next tour. I have been saving money for six months now, and I'm going to save money for the next six months still for this dream of mine to happen. I use all of my summer vacation (1 month) from work for this trip. And just to give you an idea, it takes almost 48 hours to travel from where I live to e.g. Amsterdam, and you need to go by a ship, and several trains. From Italy, you just take a train and a few hours later, you're there.

and you can just laugh about the public transport

That's not true, public transport (=trains, for example) is very much working in central Europe. I have been checking a lot of routes and schedules, take it from me!
Don't take me wrong, I symphatize with you guys for not having Bon Jovi in Italy, we scandinavians are in the same boat, so to speak. A huge per cent of the concerts on this tour are in England and Germany, which are the biggest market areas for Bon Jovi. The Internet ticket sales make it possible for people from other countries to go there aswell. Bon Jovi won't make those drop-dead (literally!) long tours anymore, and this is just something that we fans in the border areas of Europe have to accept.
To sign a petition is ok, but it's not gonna make a difference, I'm afraid. Bon Jovi have families now, and that's their # 1 priority. That's why they're cutting back on tour lenghts, and also the tight tour schedules. They're not 20 anymore, remember.
