I just got a mail from Eventim that they also replace the ticket for Erfurt.

Note, they only replace it of course when you bought it via AmerianXS and complained about the tribune tickets right after your ordered it. This doesn't mean of course that they replace all "bad" tickets for the show that were bought after AmericanXS presale or at another ticket seller.

Everyone who complained at Eventim should get an e-mail with further instructions and a form to fill out and send together with the tickets to eventim.
