As Bounce said, these are more hopes than expectations...

I'm so over I'll Sleep When I'm Dead. I'd love to see that gone. I only tolerated it for the cover medleys, but now they're gone so it doesn't really do much for me. It's one of the most over rated Jovi songs IMO.

I'd love Roller Coaster, Living With the Ghost & Born Again Tomorrow to be nightly staples, with all other THINFS songs on rotation (obviously the title track will be staple).

Bed of Roses & Always played a LOT more often - at least one of the two in every set. In These Arms & I'll Be There For You to be more present as well.

We Got It Goin On & We Weren't Born to Follow played much much much less.

My biggest hope for an upcomin Europe Tour would be for them to start include mort of the post-2000 tracks. Build a big rotate list with tracks like Story of My Life, Everyday, Just Older, Last Man Standing, Thorn In My Side, I'm With You, Bounce etc.
By doing this they could change 10 songs a night and keep it fresh. Probably won't happen. There will be a standard set very much like the Brazil set list and the encore will include Hey God, Dry County, These Day etc. As much as I love those songs and hope they will be played they have been the "rare ones for the fans" for years now. The last time the band really made an effort to make the set list freshwas The Circle Tour with Something For the Pain, Homebound Train and the songs from the first two abums even though they didn't last very long.

If Bon Jovi goes to the big stadiums next year, I wonder what the stage will be like. The Buick looked good, but my favorite of the last few years was the giant semicircular screen from The Circle Tour.

less.

I think that they've tried doing that this year. The covers sounded great despite of Jon's current vocals. Wish they insert songs like American Pie and Hot Legs(Phil on vocals) if they'll try it again next year.

I don't think American Pie would work in a full band show. It fits the KOS pretty well with its overall feel, but in a BJ show it would just make the crowd lose their interest. I'd prefer Hallelujah for that "full cover spot", although it was way overplayed in '08-'10.

I agree that Hot Legs would make a great comeback on Bad Medicine, though - but definitely with Jon singing, NOT Phil.

I wouldn't be surprised if the SA 2017 is the stadium stage moving forward.

The fact that they're no longer doing the "100 shows per year" tours make it a lot more difficult to cover overheads that an expensive stage with cool design brings.

I’m wondering what ticket prices will be. I got a pre-sale email for the Eagles at the same venue Bon Jovi played in Birmingham, and bad seats were $300. Really bad seats were $100. It put a real damper on my looking forward to another tour.

The ticket prices will have an added premium compared to previous tours because they are now Hall of Fame Inductees. I know, it sounds beyond ridiculous and really hope I'm wrong. Yet, it wouldn't surprise me if Jon wants to capitalize on the induction. As for the future stage set, I also expect a basic setup without any state-of-the-art elements. While this will undoubtedly reduce overhead costs, it is unlikely to result in lower ticket prices because Jon will want to squeeze as much as possible given the limited number of dates. Besides, the spring tour in support of THINFS was supposed to be stripped in terms of multimedia to make it "all about the music", wasn't it? Yet, as far as I know, ticket weren't cheaper than the last time around, were they? These facts lead me to the conclusion that fancy stage or not, tickets will be overpriced again.

In my experience, yes, tickets were cheaper last time. I don’t know if I just got lucky, but I had great tickets for less than $100 each.

I just checked the Apr 11 Eagles show in Charlotte and seats range from $258 (first row upper level) to $2,533 (2nd row, center stage, on the floor). (And that's without Glenn Frey. THEY'RE NUTS!!)

The scary thing is Azoff still manages the Eagles, too. The BJ shows last Spring and Fall may have been a trial run to see how ticket sales went with the new lineup and how well Jon's voice was able to hold up; hence the lower prices. Now that they finished strong in Sao Paulo, they probably have more confidence. So I'd start saving pennies.
