F.A.C.T.S. NOW - Anti Ticket Scalping

Below is a post that I've been trying to get onto as many forums as possible:

For those who still wish to hopefully see positive change in the laws with regards to scalpers and brokers, I will ask that you visit my site:

and sign the online petition there. If you come across an error trying to submit the petition, it could be caused by a firewall on your computer. It's a random thing and does not happen on all computers, but it will happen on some.

We all need to remember that this problem has existed for years and will be tough to stop. It may go on forever. It affects all events with any kind of following. Think global.

For those who do not agree with what I am doing I ask only one thing: Please ignore my post. Move on to a post that you are happy with. I'm not looking to get flamed here. I'm only trying to help find a solution to an age old problem for most people. I am not looking for an online debate or argument.

To those who support me, good luck to all of you in your pursuit of tickets. I hope to hear from you.

i'm with you 100% - it's ridiculous how much money these companies make...

i don't remember the website but one of the sellers on the US ebay had 1 single ticket to a rolling stones gig, not even in the front row, but about 8 or so back from the stage, that he was selling for $5000... that is the dearest i have seen...

the funny thing is that at least with a band such as BJ or Springsteen, I reckon that if you phoned the promoters or someone to do with the band and said i would like to pay $5000 to go to charity to meet you and the band backstage, they would do it...

if nothing else it would be good publicity..
