I agree about MK. All the hassle before and after the show was worth worth it for the 2 and a half hours bon jovi were on stage. Im glad there not playing there this year, i dont envy eminem fans if the same happens again.

oh well... looks like this summer will be the last time I ever see Bon Jovi...

I think they're great live, and will gladely go to several shows, although I could only do two this time around.

BUT, I think it's become too much of a rip off, and I think they're just starting to really let down the fans, and I'm not going to carry on doing it...

I'd have gladly joined the fan club if they hadn't have had this gold standing, because I want to get in the pit, and although it's excessively expensive to get 20m further forward, I'd have paid it and maybe done an extra show to compensate for the cost....

HOWEVER, you have to pay £10 ****ing extra every show, ONTOP of you're fan club fee.... THis is very very wrong.

They should decide, gold standing or fan club, but you can't have both. If I'd have joined the fan club, it would have worked out I think about £65 per show for what I'm doing... Then you've got to add transport, accomodation e.t.c. And it's just ludicrous... £45 for a ticket is highly excessive, they're taking the piss asking that much, but then to have a fan club on top of that? I'm sorry but I just feel sick...

I was planning on getting down very early for Manchester, but what's the point when the fan club members are getting in early? I'm not spending that much money on something which will get me into the venue 15mins earlyer, it's just an absolute joke...

I'm in half a minde to sell my Manchester tickets, I really am. Wolverhampton isn't bad because I'm not going to be getting down till late, but there is no way I'm getting there for 6in the morning, and being 10rows back......

I'm about as upset as you can be over a concert, like I said, to the verge of not going. I'm so disapointed in the band, I think they're a disgrace.

Yeah but McRock. At the risk of starting another epic argument, these arrangements have nothing to do with the band ... or even the fan club. U can blame the promoter.

The FC have actually done well to broker a deal, & have really done all they can to appease the FC members. They're only slip (which they r being slaughtered for on Backstage) is by saying that Wristbands will be available to GA fc members subject to availability.

That said - its a bloody rip off!! Ticketmaster suck!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd like to think that if I was the band I'd be taking a bit more interest, and making sure things like this don't happen.... They must be awear of the gold standing ticket arrangement...

Like I said, it's got to be one or the other. I don't think they should have been able to sell Gold Standing tickets if they were selling them to you at a disadvantage... Well as you can image, I've already written one letter (email) of complaint to bwjbj, and will write many more before I give up on this issue....

I don't even think it's ticketmaster's fault, it's the promoters, and the band.... As if the band is awear of these things (it's their ****ing tour, if they're not awear of them it's a disgrace) they should have had influence, and they should be screaming red bloody murder at the promoters for ****ing up the tour for fans....

The fan club pit is an ok idea, don't like the fact I have to pay extra but I'd have done it, it's the amount of extras you have to pay, and at the end of the day, like I said £65 is 3 (maybe 2 and a half) other bands, and however good Bon Jovi are, they're not 3 times better than any of the other bands I"m seeing this summer.

Thing is, I have been to a show where things got screwed up pretty badly and the fan club members actually ended behind the general public in the pit. At the second Amsterdam show in 2001, the local security at Amsterdam Arena blatantly ignored all instructions and orders they were given by the Jovi crew and actually opened the GA gates before the fan club members were in. I personally got very lucky that night, cause some wonderful wonderful friends of mine had saved me a spot at the front. But there were many many teary-eyed fan club members at the Arena that night, and all because the local security had screwed up and let the general public in before the fan club members. And that's what I'm afraid of now, because of that "doors will be held" thing. But I hope you're right and everything will work out fine for us.

I1ve been to 8 shows so far and things worked out just great, I guess because there are great fans wor5king things out and Kevin has been interested in the well-being of the fans.
