Default Fan Club Q&A footage - JBJ goes through the setlist options

Instead of just sitting there mumbling to the crowd, everyone present should have written their top 5 and passed it to the front.

Thanks for posting. I could hardly hear a word of it - for someone who makes a living from making sure his voice is heard you'd have thought he'd understand the basics of talking into a mic a bit better than he did. Then again, it didn't really look like he was that bothered to be there. I get the feeling he was just teasing the few fans there that he knows will hang on his every word - a bit of an ego trip for Jon.

Well considering there looked to be about 500 people there it would've been stupid.

This is what I would have expected from Jon. He had the setlist in his hand and made it look like they were helping him choose the setlist, when they obviously weren't. Happy Now or Bounce? Come on. You see how he flat out ignored the "Santa Fe" comment? Damnit, I almost feel sorry for the people who payed hundreds of dollars extra just to hear this bullshit. "Oh yeah In These Arms is in there" (BIG CHEER - **** off you backstage idiots) "We're gunna play songs we haven't yet this tour" Okay, then... lie through your teeth. Continue folding your arms, sitting on your chair and pretending to enjoy being there.

This is a video people should be bitching about - not Jon stating the truth (As in European crowds are better and more interactive) or Richie stating something about there being no running water in Croatia.

This. Jon came in with the set, fully realizing it was full of stuff fans aren't exactly thrilled about and therefore just listed the set instead of asking for requests. No matter what fans will pay Jon, he's just never going to focus on the music yet that's what he hopes critics will do all the time.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

I'm gonna have to adopt the JT attitude on this one and say I don't give a flying f_uck because it doesn't pertain to me or directly effect me what happens at these Q+A sessions or anything else.

Not sure if I heard correctly, but did he say: ''If 'Something To Believe In' is in there, 'Hey God's out.''

Erm...why Jon?

Sorry but the people there seemed like idiots to me. Did he mention about three songs twice? And again the same cheer like for the first time... oh god

I can´t understand very much of that vid.
Reading what u say, I understand Jon came into with the set and then started to read it, he asked between bounce or HNow, 1 man begged for Santa Fe... and thats all isn´t it?

Yeah, there's cheers for Lost Highway, In These Arms, Superman Tonight, Runaway, Raise Your Hands, Blood On Blood, and yet the real suggestions are ignored because "he doesn't like them". He just admitted he doesn't like One Wild Night after several fans yelled the songtitle. The man doesn't seem to get it's not what he likes that he has to play, it's what we like that has to be played.

Sebastiaan
