Default Favourite song you have heard on the LH tour...so far?

I realise some people have gigs still to go - I hope they are great and I am not jealous at all, no no no

Anyway, for those that have seen any of the legs of the tour so far, what has been your favourite song....and why?

I was only at the Saturday Twickenham show so I only have a certain few to choose from, but for me it is Always. A song I have always loved but has eluded me up till now. I sang my little heart out and was absolutely overjoyed to hear it at last - sounded flippn' great too - them, not me - well, I wasn't bad you know

As great as I Believe was and I'm sure Dry County was too on previous legs - I've heard them before so ticking another off the list, and one so high on the list, was awesome for me.

Coming a close second would be Blood Money into Blaze of Glory. I love the Blaze of Glory of album, more than a fair few of the band albums, and hearing Blaze is always a treat - hearing Blood Money too was just brilliant - probably my second favourite song on the album behind Blaze.

Always, Stick to your guns, Blood money and Lie to me.

Always just wins out though, even though I heard it a few times it never got boring and each performance bettered the previous one. Id have this in the encore every night next to wanted if it was upto me.

But every song I heard live for the first time was special.

Blaze Of Glory at Hampden. Although there were rarer songs played nothing beat that performance of my favourite song for me.

Dry County, of course. And Always and actually, Hallelujah

I really, when I get a chance, need to watch back the video of I Believe as, as I keep saying, I was distracted during it by the woman fainting behind me. Dammit.

Also fantastic: Blood Money, Blaze Of Glory, Diamond Ring .... heh, all the rare ones

Well if you're asking for ONE favourite song I'm gonna start nit-picking at an annoying little thing on one particular track that, if it hadn't been there, would have stood it head and shoulders above it's nearest contender. In fact, to most other people, it probably doesn't even matter.

It would have been 'Dry County' by a mile at Hampden. It was played cos of our banner, Jon acknowledged us, it was completely unexpected and the p*ssing rain just added to it's power if anything, especially when Jon started "cursing the sky to open" and "begging the clouds for rain". The gripe - the second solo was half-improvised even though it used many of the phrases and licks from the actual solo. If it had been like Manchester (which got THE solo or damned near enough), it would have been perfect and nothing could ever come close.

However, another gem cropped up in the same show that makes a final decision between the two so difficult to make - Always. The vocals were phenomenal, the band was tight and that outro solo just blew the 'Live from London' version right out of the water. I think Richie must be well aware of the legendary status the 'Live from London' version has amongst us die-hards and just thought - "WATCH THIS!" Awesome!

If I was forced to pick between the two right now, I'd go with ALCOUNTY...... erm..... DRYWAYS..... ahhh crap! I can't decide. I loved them both!

Blaze of Glory on sat...love this song and have never heard it live before. Jon nailed it as well...

I know everyone is going to pick a rarity, but I think livin on a prayer on sat rocked...its the one song that everyone from die-hard fans to newbies get up and sing along to.

we got always at twickers on Friday and i have to say i have never seen them perform that song so brilliantly. as you say the outro solo was probably one of the best solos ive ever seen ritchie do (just pips the distance at hyde park and IBTFY at MK in 06) truly amazing.
great to hear the song again.
