The marching band intro in 1996 and along with the rock & roll circus theme was great and then it seemed more about the performance than the high tech screens and lights etc.

The Arena-Leg of the LH tour.

All the ones I've seen (Bounce, HAND and LH, all in Europe) have been pretty much the same ... huge screens, flashy lights, but nothing to really set them apart, y'know?

My favourite stage is definitely OWN for the shows I've been to.

Can't say, I've seen them on the Bounce, HAND, and LH tours and again at the O2 last year and if it wasn't for the graphics, I couldn't tell the stages apart. I remember seeing pictures of the USA arena leg of the Bounce tour and thinking that the giant satelliete things looked pretty cool though.

Aloha !

All of Bon Jovi's stage shows since 2000 only look good in the dark. When the lights are still on it looks like a construction area, the stage show from the Bounce Era being the perfect example for that. The stage show for the HAND tour looked shit apart from the lights behind the stage. The Empire State Building was nice, but looked shit in daylight.

The circus looked best, but the idea behind it was nicked from Phil Collins. U2 and the Stones have proper stage shows, and the ones for Bon Jovi always have that "nice" thing going on over it, but it's never really amazing. Except for the laser show at the Bounce Tour. That was how it was supposed to be done and shouldn've been brought back to life on any tour after it.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

Well yeah I think just about every stage doesn't look good in the daylight, it's the lights that bring it to life. Although I didn't mind the HAND stage in the daylight, but these bands are thinking for the most part they will be performing throughout the night and not the daytime. As for U2 I only thought their Vertigo tour stage(Arena and stadium) was great. Elevation tour nothing special and if you want to go back further the Popmart tour was pretty cool, but all it was a BIG screen with arch over it and a lemon. The ZooTv tour was just steel bars sticking out where it looks like the stage wasn't even finished and its got tv's everywhere, but cool at the time.

Look in their eyes Mom you'll see me."

"It seems these days theres so much negativity going on in the world. I dont know maybe being a hopeless romantic or an optimist isnt fashionable but to me those stars up there were just that close,so i couldnt help but sit down with Richie and write this song and so for all the believers out there we're not a dying breed. This is called These Days"

Don't care much about "stage shows" as such, they really don't need it.
Stage-wise I liked the KTF stage with the catwalks.
