i don't think wanting to be at the front means the ppl are doing it are not adults.

i like to be in the front row becaouse that way i can get the music impact more strongly.

and no i don't care how jon looks like and no i don't want to be any closer just to see him shake his butt at me.

i like to be front row becaouse it's more fun for me and the dream of the show is more vivid that way!

from the front row you don't get to see the light show and moreove you choose to have the worst sound quality available cause your directly under the speakers which aim about 30m in front of the stage where the tower is (which is the place where's the best sound quality)

and the fact that bj approached pop with the beginning of 2001 also implicates that they attracted more ppl who usually are fans of the backstreet boys or F* britney spears and now they think we all are as crazy as they are

and some of those ppl don't know the difference between "once" and "ones" but it's only two letters, anyway....

that line thing is so damn stupid!

If someone in front of me leaves the line...then thats it they are gone. If someone else is with them and they are holding their place then fair enough I suppose.

And the security in Dublin had absolutly NO idea what that list was about for Bounce in 2003.

I know that the best sound is in between the two towers in front of the stage. I am not saying that the reason why I want to stand front row is because of the sound. I think people choose different places to watch the show for different reasons. But I also believe that decision is made by every fan indiviually. You personally don't have to agree on that reason. I also get that a lot of people don't understand why so many fans want to stand front row. But they do. That is a fact. I know that a lot of the fans standing front row have been fans before 2000. There are some who just discovered Bon Jovi in 2001, but that doesn't mean they are backstreetboys-type-of-fans, just because that's the time they got to know Bon Jovi. But that is another discussion.

actually i wasn't referring to you with the sound thing but the best sound is at the soundboard (logically) but i'm repeating myself...
and i'm not saying that the year of discovery of the band marks the backstreet boys fans but the way they act (sleeping in front of the venue, needing numbers so that no-one takes their spot cause they're not fast enough, they need a fan club, have the need to be important cause they feel as kind of a member of the band,...)

there is nothing wrong to get close as possible to the stage , and the fanclub taking care of the fans , u got first to the venue it's only fare you get in first to the stedium.

and the guidlines for the fanclub cue are very good to keep everything nice and quiet that way there is no riot like b4 2000.
