First of all, can I just say that I appreciate your comment, at least you read my post with an open mind, I thank you. Secondly, I understand what you said that Jon has an obligation to put out the best show he can, and is also aware that fans pay alot of money for tickets, he knows that. I think he does the best that he can, at the same time, he realizes that, after touring for more than 30 years, that he can't please every fan in the world. I think back in the 80's, 90's and even the 00's, he worked very hard to put out the best show he could, and put a setlist that would make every fan happy, or at least he tried. But I think over the years, thanks to social media, he now maybe sees complaints from fans about setlists and maybe how his voice is not the same as it was in the past, and maybe before he may have paid attention to fans in social media, maybe a little too much, but I think now Jon is at a point in his career where he is at peace, and all he can do is the best that he can on stage, give the best performace he can, and if some fans don't like or not satisfied, then he can't force them to like it, it is what it is. I guess maybe I not as pickey as some ppl here, when I go to a Bon Jovi show, I just want to enjoy the music and have fun, and see the band have fun to, that to me is more entertaining than how well is Jon's voice, or what the setlist is.

Only thing I could see him (and myself now) trying to debate is: what songs can he sing that are easy on his voice AND can actually entertain the crowd?

And you have every right to feel that way. I truly want him to be happy and healthy up there but he's short changing a lot of fans by constantly playing the same songs over and over. By no means was Lost Highway a hit. By no means was We Got it Going on a hit. The second one I sort of get, it's designed to get fans up and it's energetic but there's plenty of songs like that that can take it's place. No setlist would make every fan happy but recycling through the same one won't either.

Very good point.. He's probably doing everything he can to get through these shows and doesn't need social media telling him to change things. His voice capabilities are what determine the setlist every night. If he still had the pipes I'm sure the set list would impress everyone on this board. I feel really bad for Jon, I just hope he finds a way to make this tour work(I know he will). As I said earlier, his vocal trouble doesn't bother me, I still enjoy the show. However the voice trouble and lack of confidence in himself will determine the set list every night, THAT is the unfortunate part.

Pretty good review, cool to hear that Jon got an audience member on the stage.

Still trying to decide if it's worth even buying the soundboard for a show that has virtually the same set list as the others.

How I've missed people complaining about a set list from a show they were never at...and how dare they not mix it up after 3 shows.

This has to be some epic trolling

I can totally see things from a casual fan's perspective which is why I'm even more puzzled with the setlist. The people who are complaining in Twitter (which reaches Jon better than this board, unless he's reading us and cackling like a maniac and twirling his moustache) are casuals and don't appreciate so many slow songs and so many THINFS songs together. And yet they get the same setlist they've been complaining of since night 1
