Just watched the whole show, and yes, Jon's vocals on When We Were Us and (obviously) Who Says sucked ass. He also sounded shockingly bad (with two MAJOR cracks; ironically, iHeart 2012 came to my mind immediately when I heard them) near the end of Lay Your Hands.
However, are my ears playing tricks on me or did JBJ sound pretty damn solid (for his post-July '13 standards) on both Bad Name and It's My Life? Medicine was a complete mess during the verses, but the choruses on that one also were stronger than in years (although the high notes were basically shouted).
Overall, I think that after this tour it's time for Jon to retire. He can no longer do even the new songs any justice vocally and at least 85% of his current performances are painful to watch as a whole, not only in terms of his vocals on them. Yeah, I know that I'm starting to sound like Seb, but this gig (and a long while of finally thinking these things deeper than before) showed me that pessimism is the best option at this point. Ol' Jonny's done, permanently.
You know things aren't well in Joviland when I say that I'd take most performances from the 2015 Asian tour over this one:
