He has a beautiful voice in the higher register, something the band could use. Bobby provided the same thing but he's gone.

Yeah, he might have a beautiful high register, but he mostly sings falsetto and we never really hear him because his Mic is too low.

What are people talking about, you can hear him clear as day doing the majority of the backing vocals.

That makes sense -- especially since his mic being too low would also explain why you never really hear his percussion, either!

Wow ... this is a new low for them.

I really think that the very last drop of what Jon still had of his former self was delivered in RIR and SP 2017 ... And of course he can't sustain that for more than a couple of nights ...

I really have mixed feelings about their induction into the hall of fame. Sure they deserve it: Bon Jovi has produced masterpieces and it is my all time favorite band. But I really feel very bad about them performing there at this time of their career. Jon sounds awful, I mean beyond words awful. And musically speaking, they sound so different and off from the classic BJ sound, it's heartbreaking.

I was talking with my father yesterday about what keeps Paul MCCartney still going. The man is a billionaire at a age of 76, and he still delivers 3 hour shows with enourmous passion and energy, not to mention his vocals which still do justice to everything he sings. Clearly he loves performing, and he's still able to do it at a high level. Now take a look on Jon (please, I'm not comparing Jon to Paul, I'm just using Paul as an example of why you should still perform at 76). Jon looks bored, sounds awful, and he looks as if he's in pain up there. I wonder if he feels good about doing this the way he's doing.

Trouble is McCartney hasnt wrote a decent song in 30 years!

Their in the RNRHOF for the first 6 albums id say. Anything after no one cares about. They havent had a hit single since IML

I'd say that the band haven't had a hit since 2005. Both Have A Nice Day and Who Says were top 10 singles in the UK and Who Says did very well in the US...

I was in the US when Have A Nice Day came out and the title track seemed to be everywhere, at least in NYC

Yeah, he's re-writing history to suit his opinion that the band sucks post 2000.

I have a Bon Jovi alert with my radio in my vehicle, so it takes me to whatever station they are being played on. Make a Memory, Have a Nice a Day, Lost Highway, and Superman Tonight all come up frequently, along with the big hits.
