It sounded fvcking amazing. I thought his sexy lower register was disappearing too, Labor Of Love was a hit or miss live so I expected IWDYH to be a mess too.

I'd actually pay to see this Jon. He can whisper sweet nothings into my ear in that voice

Screaming has messed up so many bootleg recordings. I had one from a show In Spain and it was more of a tape of a woman screaming with the band in the background. I never listened to the whole thing, but I graded it an F and wouldn’t trade it.

I don’t understand screaming through performance. I don’t even audibly sing along. I’m not there to hear myself sing. I’m there to hear the artist do their job. I’m also sure my neighbors appreciate that I don’t sing along and scream in their ears.

Jon's lower register still works and comes off much more enjoyable because it's actually listenable... I've been saying for a while now that a modern day DA style album would work best for him...

Labor Of Love, Teardrop, and now this version of Drive proves that Jon can keep going...
