Thank you very much.

That is a good start. But he must enjoy the moment. He always looks so tense.

It's good to see him being able to talk about his vocal weakness in front of public but it really is sad to see him get emotional when he's reminded of his old vocal glories. He definitely still cares though. If he didn't care, he wouldn't try to make his vocals better and more consistent.

He also said that he doesn’t want to let himself down.

Love him or hate him, you’ve got to admire his resilience. He almost became a character from one of his own songs, trying to make it against the odds.

Maybe it's this lack of confidence that does not want to try European waters. Yet.

No. He would not be touring at if this was about money, then or now. He’s said over and over and over again that songwriting is his biggest passion, then creating it, then delivering it. It seems some people may have to see him crying in that video clip to hear what he’s been saying for years. It’s not about numbers. He’s a songwriter and he want to reach people through the songs. He would not be working harder than ever NOW when he could easily end the pressure he puts on himself. Even Phil said in an interview a while back that no one works harder than Jon. Actually, so did Dorothea, albeit on a different subject matter.

Without a doubt it’s the reason.
Summer means hay fever and he’s admitting that he struggles nowadays to sing. Two good reasons to avoid a summer tour.

It’s a shame that THINFS won’t be toured in Europe but it’s for the best in the long run.

Glad I was at the palladium!

They should avoid stadiums and amphitheaters since they leave you open to the elements.

Just watched Living In Sin. Pretty decent for his post-early July '13 standards, but still sad. Jon just can't sing properly anymore.

PS. Does anybody have any idea about whether he went for the long note during the final chorus of Hallelujah or not?
