It is now - it wasn't yesterday when we got the e-mail from American Express. As a relatively longterm fanclub member why do I have to get dates from a third party - or hear it on the radio - before the fanclub tells us anything?

One would suppose that being in the fanclub would give you information earlier than the general public rather than later.

Not all the seats are $300 are they? Be fair - most will be a lot cheaper than your comment leads the casual reader to believe.

Aye, as Terri said, they're $49.50 - $304.50.

Heh, the odds of being able to see any band of this caliber for £25 in the UK, in any seat in the house, is just about zero. That said, tickets that go up to £150 are a bit much. So it's very much a double edge sword situation I guess

Pearl Jam only charge $70 cos they're just all kinds of awesome

that is disgraceful...

they should email everyone on the mailing list and post it on the forum. Im not a Backstager but I would expect that for the money I would pay to belong.

I'm worried that they will just announce the boston shows(Boston was originally planned for fenway park) at the arena before the msg dates and that will be it... Come on Soldier field show!!!

I read somewhere that they were thinking about not even coming back to the states this summer and staying in Europe due to the state of the economy over here. Maybe that's why they decided to nix the stadium shows, maybe they thought something is better than nothing. I have to say, I've been highly disappointed with this whole tour. I kind of wish it never happened....

My fault, I meant to say up to $300. The cheapest seats are a fair $49.50. I still don't see how they can justify such a jump, though. For people who want to be able to see something (although in an arena your closer than the furthest stadium seat), you're at no less than $100. That's still insane for a concert. What if someone wanted to go two nights? We're around $200 already. I have other concerts to see, too!! (well, I won't be going to these since I'll be in Israel that week, but you get the point!)
