Default First Entire-Length Acoustic Show

From BonJovi.com:

Thursday, December 26, 2002)

For the first time ever, BON JOVI will perform an entire full-length concert as an ACOUSTIC SHOW. The JANUARY 19th, 2003 concert scheduled in YOKOHAMA ARENA in YOKOHAMA, JAPAN has been announced as an ACOUSTIC CONCERT. It's a rare treat for Japanese fans and if there's any band that EXCELS in the acoustic format, it's BON JOVI! (The event will be captured on audio and video for the archives.)

& So the build up for the Tour hots up.

Mike

This is a really stupid question, but a full acoustic set would mean just Jon and Richie wouldn't it?

What, but with Richie using acoustic instead of electric? I understand now.

I bet some of the fans who have tickets to that show are disappointed if they didn't know that it was an acoustic set before they bought the tickets.

I thought of that too. I think it is a fantastic opportunity for a DVD, but if suddenly the Philly show was changed to acoustic I don't think I would like that very much. Only if they were adding it as an additional show.

If it was my first BJ concert I might be dissapointed but being a veteran of many shows I personally would love it - it would be a piece of history. I hope they rework some of the songs like they have with Prayer and Runaway - can't wait for the audio!

A good point - I think it'd be better if they did it like the KTF - An Evening With & Mixed it up a bit. Then it probably wouldn't disppoint the fans who r there for the Rock show.

But then it does say entire length......
