If you're coming from NYC, there is bus service that goes from the Port Authority Terminal to the Meadowlands, and then back to Manhattan after the concert. I'm not sure exactly what the schedule is but it shouldn't be too hard to find out.
Or I suppose you could get a taxi to bring you there but that would be pretty expensive.
