Only about 1 foot forward. There is less space than in economy class on airplanes than in these seating shows. To be fair, there isn't really any more personal space than in GA, you are hemmed in by the seat behind you, the people left & right who aren't any further away than in GA - it just means you can go back to it when you want to. But you are stuck if the person in front of you is a monster.
I think what I am aiming at is that there is more personal space at a GA concert, because the chair & people next to you aren't hemming you in & you can move around.
Obviously if you are near the fron then preapare to be squashed!
Also, deoderant doesn't stop working due to the ommittence of seats.

I just like my personal space. If I want to jump up and down or dance, I don't want to crash into the person next to me or vice versa. My focus needs to be on my boys, not the person with bad BO up in my grill. LOL
