I was being sarcastic mate.

To be honest, I'm indifferent to the management there as they're no different to the management anywhere else and we have definitely come across worse. Seems if you catch him in a good mood, he's alright but I can't say I'm happy at being told we're getting the door sales and then seeing him go back on his word and just giving us the same as we got last time. That pisses me off somewhat.

At the end of the day, it's a decent venue to play at with a great sound system but other than that....

Aye, I'm at the other side of Strathaven from EK.

And the Cathouse is great. Where else will you hear SOAD songs really loud with lots of alcohol?

And Buffalo Joes play Bon Jovi as well, but that place really does suck.

do they still have the marshall and mesa backline?

not many places you'll get that i suppose.

i've met one person in the glasgow scene that i have a bigger disliking for than H. needless to say if an ageing fat dude with a platinum blonde combover comes telling you stories about his best pal robbie williams run a mile for you will have had a close encounter with 'el capitan'

ha my boss said he wasn't goign to give me next saturday off because a bunch of people on the roster are away on holiday.

i told him to give me a set if he wanted but he'd need to find a replacement when i didn't turn up and didn't answer my phone on the night.

looks like that's me playing dives for the next month or so.

Sacrifices must be made, Jim.

Sounds like this could be a party in the making...
