I agree completely. I attended 9 Springsteen shows at Giants in 2003 and only once did I hear Born in the USA - probably his biggest hit. Even then it was done solo acoustic to open the first show and then never heard again until much later in the fall.

I think the band should quit worrying about "popular" and play a wide variety of their stuff. If they had been doing that for these past many years, people would know the songs a la Sleep When I'm Dead.

You really dont want to see the setlist.

Saturday night could have been something special. When jon came on stage after the first few songs he said, "theres something magic in the air tonight" or something like that. He obviously forgot about it.

Perfect weather, perfect crowd, perfect location. No excuses.

It was easy to predict that manchester would receive what we didnt & wanted so badly. Just makes me feel even worse.

Some might say im being way 2 dramatic & taking this a little seriously, but its just how i feel, its so frustrating.

I just dont understand it.

to be honest I was just happy enough to be seeing the band never mind the fact that they sang their biggest hits.
I know I personally wanted to hear Livin on a Prayer and all the big ones..I mean why not? I might never get the chance again and they are amazing songs, that's why they are big.
I would have been quite disappointed, had they not...

Amen! They have enough hits to alternate core songs. They should never play the same setlist twice. They are doing better this tour, but they could still vary it up a lot more than they do.
