Will there be a Gold Circle in every show?

The Finnish promoter said that at the moment it seems there will be no Gold Circle tickets available in the general sale. Can it be true? I doubt that all the GC tickets were sold through Backstage...

It kinda pisses me off that Ticketmaster Finland knows absolutely nothing about this show only 2 days before tickets go on sale.
