From my experience you generally get let in at the same time if not a little later than GA - at least, when I actually got into the KC stadium last tour, the GA area was already fairly chocker. I suppose there are more GA gates though.

GC does have its own gate(s) and you also get a wristband for identifying who's GC and who's not.
