Default HAND Tour

Which song/songs did they play surprised you the most in terms of liking them? Mine were Bells of Freedom along with Story of My Life followed by Always (TLFR version). I was at the Milton Keynes concert and it rocked

One Last Cigarette was much better live than I expected. They should have played it more often. Story of My Life became one of my favorites after hearing it live. I also enjoyed the TLFR versions of IBTFY and Always.

Bad Medicine surprised me. I hate that song but adding in G.L.O.R.I.A into the middle of it and just the overall way the entire band, especially Jon, performed it actually made it one of the highlights of each show.

When I heard Complicated on the live CD I wasn't what you would call impressed but hearing it in person I thought it sounded fantastic.

The TLFR version of Always also sounded great.

IBTFY is my fave song, so naturally I was dying to hear it live. The first time, in Buffalo they sang the TLFR version. I was surprised at how much I liked it-their harmonies were gorgeous (much better live than on the TLFR album )

After that I only heard Richie sing it which was also a nice treat.

I also liked Captain Crash better live. It ended up being one of my friend's faves actually.

Have A Nice Day - Crowd was absolutely nuts! Loved how loud and powerful it was.

Last Man Standing - Kickass song that made a kickass introduction. Loved it as the opener!

Nothing really surprised me, but the new songs sounded really good - I guess that was a bit of a surprise.

LMS kicked ass, but that was expected
