Sky Arts have shown HRC for a while now, but they only usually show 30-40 highlights of the main set.

Bruce made a DVD out of his performance in 2009.

I suppose this means that whether Bon Jovi do a Bruce and release a DVD of it or not we'll at least have some proshot footage to go at. Hopefully they'll show all the concert and not just a 30 minute segment of Prayer, Wanted etc.

Also, I don't have sky so if anyone here is planning to record the Bon Jovi one would they also get the Def Leppard show? I wanted to go to Download but have exams :/

HRC is NOT, I repeat, NOT being shown "live" on Sky Arts.
Isle of White, Latitude and Bestival are all being broadcast live, but the other festivals/concerts are being broadcast as recordings of live performances.

They will probably have the BJ show as a 60 min slot so, allowing for adverts, that's a 45 min show. I'd therefore wager that it's going to be the usual songs that they broadcast too (Prayer, Wanted, Bad Medicine, Bad Name....). Should there be anything like These Days or Dry County you can guarantee it won't be shown on tv.

The Isle Of Wight festival isn't being shown live either, they're just showing two hours of highlights at 10pm each night.

The Hard Rock calling footage will be packaged together into a two hour show. The headliners usually get 30 mins each. It won't be on until a few weeks after the shows too.

Isle of Wight IS live from 10pm each night, thus ensuring they get the full performance from the headline acts (just like BBC do with Glastonbury).

Most of the festivals tend to have their headline come on stage around 10pm as they will be in locations where they don't have to adhere to the various noise regulations.

We'll see, but I have a feeling it'll be either delayed or partial footage, which the BBC are fond of doing.
