I'd book tickets for my friend seen as he's a huge fan but I haven't got a presale code has anyone else?

I didnt out of principle. I could have afforded it, but seriously for £200+ i can have a holiday for christs sake, not a 2hr show in a glorified cow shed. I have seen them several times on every tour since Crush, and this will be the first time i havnt got tickets when they went onsale. I will probably go in 2011 to the stadium shows, so its not the end of the world in my opinion.

There is absolutely no way they can justify the prices, especially when you compare it to what Prince did with his residency (£31 for any ticket). If anything, tickets for a residency should be cheaper as less travelling is involved for the production etc.

Work for the working man? What a hypocrite.

TBH, they're not that bad compared to MJ. His cheapest seat was £50 and his Packages were just a joke.

But yeah, I've also decided not to give in. Maybe on the General Sale, I'd get one ticket.

I've got a funny feeling that 'Dry County' will be played at The O2. Question is which night?

Nope, me either. Not bought anything. I refuse to pay these Ticket-Tout prices.

Not a chance. Between getting ripped of by my football club and ripped off by my favourite band, I'm pretty disillusioned with the whole concept of spending vast sums of money to have fun at the minute.

Same here Rich I support the wrong football team and band. Neither are very popluar anymore yet I keep getting screwed over for tickets. Im a Leeds fan btw.

Sterophonics, Oasis, Killers are bands you may not like but they are still in touch with their fans and dont charge these stupid prices.

Also I was looking at Paul Mccartney tickets yesterday they range from £55-£125 and he was in the biggest band of all time FFS!!

I still haven't decided. I'm tempted to get maybe a £65 ticket for the Friday night, and maybe a £45 for another night, but that's still gonna end up being £120 for 2 gigs, which is a lot of money. Argh, I don't make decisions well at the best of times, even when a lot of money isn't at stake!
