Default Has there been a post SWW gig without LOAP?

Just wondering! I don't see any reason why they would have left it off given its their most popular and enduring song, but they may have left it off a gig at some point. I don't mean a 5 song PA just to clarify, I mean a full set gig.

Yes, the summerfest show in Milwaukee in 2001 was without Prayer.

Would the taping of the LH concert count?

Didn't they almost not sing it at Milton Keynes once on the Bounce Tour? I think I read that once.

Was much said at the time of that gig Thierry? I can't imagine a gig without LOAP, be quite strange.

I don't think the taping of the LH DVD can count, not for me anyway :P

Nah, they need LOAP. When Jon gets the crowd going, it's crazy. It's a great concert song.

* I wouldn't count the LH DVD because it was very small in there and I don't think the sound would have fit that atmosphere.

Regards,

Jason F.

Today, I wouldn't be upset if they didn't play prayer. I love the song and all, but there are still songs that I love also that never get played. So if one night they sacrificed it for a rarity, I would be fine.

I think Prayer 94 acoustic would have fitted better in the place of IML on that dvd, It was too intimate for IML or Full prayer.

I disagree totally.
Any other song, yes.
Not Prayer though. They have plenty of other songs they can drop for rarities.
