Help with American XS - Hurry please

I need to know something...
Are these American XS tickets real or just a joke?
I am planning to attend the show in Denver on April 3rd but it seems that all I can get with my American XS code are Level 1 seats, no floor seats, let alone the front row. Same crappy seats I got two years ago...

Do you think that they are leaving those to the public??

Should I wait until this Saturday when they go public and just buy them then?

The tickets are for real, you just have to buy them as soon as the go on sale. I nailed floor seats to the Albany concert 14 rows from Jon himself.
