Looking at the rarities played in Bryssels tonight... what on earth are they going to play in Helsinki??? Can't wait.

I've made a DRY COUNTY banner, now there would be a real chance for getting that request played!

I should probebly do the same, But I would really like to hear one of the hard songs from the "Bounce" record. Like Undivided or Hook Me Up. Or MGLBIMA from these days Would be very nice:cool But I'd really would freak out if they'll end up doing the "sympathy for the devil" medley in "Keep the faith". I can kill to get to hear that song live:P

Well, that was a boring gig. The band was on full autopilot, Jon didn't even speak between the songs.

And like I said, the stadium wasn't sold out. There were about 44 000 people there and the stadium holds 45 000. They were selling tickets still on the same day, and they didn't release any more tickets, so it was never sold out. Don't believe everything you hear, believe me, I know. Everything I've said so far about the show turned out to be true...

And Bon Jovi continue the "worst openers ever" -saga with Moon Madness. ****, how can you be so bad? The guitarist looked like something they only let out for gigs and the singer decided to try and speak English though she was Finnish. And the drummer tried to kick down his set, but failed. Now that's rock. Not. At least the keyboardist and the bass player looked and acted the part.

Damn, I'm dissapointed. Jon's voice was pretty shot, although he nailed the "Livin' on a prayer...."-part and sang pretty good on Always. But no special songs, no raps between songs, almost no crowd participation plus we had to endure Captain Crash. Probably the worst BJ show I've seen. Ugh. Well, at least it seemed Jon was having a good time.

Aloha !

Thanks for the review, Ice. I'm glad you had a great time.

Actually, I feel sorry for you. After seeing so many sets and then getting this. Are you doing any other shows?

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

I hear you - that's why I wasn't disappointed that they were playing Madison Square Garden this summer rather than Giants. No queue - guaranted seating and air conditioning
