The reason that there were less was because the 2nd date was only added later, after the 1st one had 'sold out' so there were obviously just less people interested enough.

The second date was added at a time when the first date wasn't even 'Sold Out' (right?)

But then again none of the 6 LH shows in Germany actually sold out with stadiums in Hamburg and Leipzig only filled to half their capacity and only Munich close to being sold out.

Aloha !

They'll end the next tour in the UK again, they love ending the tour in London so they're capable of spending a few days there.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

The problem I have is that the UK leg was too long for Bon Jovi now. I mean why Bristol? don't get me wrong, I am pleased that you got a show but surely...

Southampton X1
Dublin X1
Glasgow X1
Coventry X1
Manchester X1
London X1

...would have been better?

This would have ensured a sell out and that Bon Jovi could put more into each show, longer sets etc.

I can remember the 'These Days' tour in 96, sold out & the 'OWN' tour, again fewer shows and sold out.

I'm not even sure that Southampton needs one, unless the London one was at Milton Keynes ... London's pretty southern as it is

I still think a date at the Millenium Stadium in Cardiff would have made more sense than the Bristol Gig. Ok it holds about 57,000 for gigs which is alot more than the Bristol Stadium. But everyone has heard of the Millenium Stadium and it is easier to get to. It looks better on the Tour Adverts too, it just clicks better with the publics mind. Millenium Stadium or Ashton Gate in Bristol??

I would have said
Glasgow Hampden Park
Manchester City Of Manchester Stadium
Coventry Ricoh Stadium
Cardiff Millenium Stadium
London Twickenham Stadium

I'm convinced that line up would have sold much better!!

They might have struggled with Cardiff.
REM ended up shifting their gig to an 8000 seater arena because they couldn't see out the stadium!
I know this says more about REM, but I think the last time BJ played there it was far from a sell out.

i think next tour Bon Jovi should do just the 1 London date at wembley 90,000 people! The atmosphere at BJ gigs are amazing but to have a full house at wembley would be awesome! Either that or they should play in my front room
