Default How many cowboys have you seen at a Bon Jovi show?

Aloha !

Really, there should be someone in the crowd who feels delighted when Jon dedicates Wanted Dear Or Alive and/or Blaze Of Glory to him?

Finding a cowboy at a Bon Jovi show is sort of like finding Wally.

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

Not a whole hell of a lot of 'em here in New Jersey. And the only time you see a cowboy hat in New York City is when the rodeo is in town at Madison Square Garden (once a year).

Everybody still cheers that line though because they love Wanted - which is the song I most associate it with.

At Milton Keynes 2006 (11th Jun) there was a group of about 5-7 with cowboy outfits, absolutely pummeled in the GA line - don't think they got in, they were screaming obsceneties and being aggressive - typical cowboys

Lol, I actually bought a Stetson like Richie's in Ohio, and was visiting Red Bank and made the unfortunate mistake of deciding to wear it that day (it was very hot and I have a bald head), and was standing outside Jay and Silent Bob's when these guys in a car zoomed past yelling yee-ha and some various insults about rednecks.

Wonder if they'd have said the same if they realised I was just a Scottish tourist...lol

A friend of mine stole it off of me for Hyde park and she was wearing it front row at Richie's side and apparently he noticed her wearing it.

And hey, Blaze is my favourite song...

Yeah - that sounds like a bunch of loudmouth Jerseyites. We still have farmers in New Jersey but there isn't a whole lot of tolerance for the cowboy thing. Especially these days when the country crowd is wearing diamond studded cowboy hats to their galas. Not real practical for driving the cows home are they

I've seen plenty of guys (and even more girls) playing cowboy if that means donning a cowboy hat, jeans, and boots. I doubt many of them really had to round up Bessie and Bossie when they got home though.

My daughter had to buy a Shady Brady hat after she saw Jon wearing one. That's as cowgirl as she comes.
