LOL, I wonder then how people who have seen +100 or +150 shows can keep up with their show counts...

A good way to keep up with the count is to put it on a banner. Or maybe they draw an X mark on the wall after each concert.

What I don't understand is how people can remember what happened in a certain concert, when they've seen so many... I'm losing my grip only after five... I'm always checking my tour albums to remember what happened, where and when...

How can anybody only see half a show?????

The first Bon jovi concert I saw, I missed the last song (livin on a prayer!). I was 11 at the time, and I'd dragged my Mum and Dad along unwilingly (it was quite nice of them to go actually.... free tickets, but still they really don't like the band!). However, they kept trying to pull me away before the end, everytime the band finished an enchore, they tried to leave. In the end when the band went of again, I nievely accepted it was the end, so we left....

Nowerdays I get down to shows to be at the front. It usually takes a good 20 mins or so for the other 60000 people to leave, so there is no chance of this ever happening again!

Because of my age, and the fact that Bon Jovi tour in REALLY incovinient times, I;ve only seen them 4 times, 6 by the end of June. So far, the toured when I was 11 (to young to do more than one show!!!!), Crush I was on holiday, - We flew back into the country two days before the show, but there was a 15hour delay. I basically had one nights sleep before the concert, which involved an hours car drive, and an eight hour wait for the show to start... I was very tired....
Then there was Huddersfield on OWN tour. This was on the day of an exam, which ment I was being picked up from school... i.e running out of the exam, again an hours drive. We got there for about 3, which ment we were quite far back

Then the worst.... Milton Keynes. Weekend of exams. We set out for the train station 3am Saturday morning. Arived at MK for 8, for a LONG wait in the rain. Tired as hell, even slightly during the concert. Despite being pretty much some of the first in line, we couldn't get in the fan club pit (we did in 2000), so we were on the super squashed barier...ouch! The show finished and we had to run like hell to get our coach back, which if we missed, there wouldn't be another til 6 in the morning. We managed to push our way in on one of the coaches to the station, and then jumped in the first taxi there. The taxi driver was great, he was speeding just to get us to our coach on time . Get on the coach at 12, or 12:30, I can't quite remember, which was a 6 hour drive, including a wait in Birmingham. So we get back on Sunday morning, no sleep, at 6, with exams on the following day!!!!

This year, both my shows are in exam weeks!!!!!

I would go to more, but I'm jepadising my future with every Bon Jovi concert I go to!!!!!!! They've got to start touring in September!!!!!!!!!!

I have seen them 57 times so far. If everything goes according to plan, my total will be at 68 in June. Should I make Giants Stadium in August my 69th & 70th BJ shows? Could I? Should I? Awww, I'd love to!

Thank you!
But as Jovian has pointed out above, it's only average in comparison to folks like Shari, Julia and the likes of them. However, I am very grateful for each and every concert I attended and for the countless precious memories down the road. At the end of the day, it's not about quantity but quality. No regrets here!
