How to get good seats????

Hey,

Does anyone have any ideas/tips for getting good seats?
I am going to the upcoming concert in Perth, Australia, and want to be as close as possible........just like everyone else I guess...lol

I got tickets to there last concert here via the net, and also over the phone,
but still didn't get close........I found out later that friends of mine lined up that morning at the ticket outlet and got FRONT ROW!! how?????

At first I thought this said "how to get good setlists??" I've been asking that question since I became a fan.

I'd also like to know how to get the good tickets. I plan on staying home the day they go on sale but I don't want them to be snapped up that fast.
