The original one or the one was played? I'd like to see the original one, too. Was anyone lucky enough to get one?

Hi Donna,

Is that the printed one from the monitors? If so captain crash was listed before BM~shout yeh? and BM~ shout was due to end the show (well as far as on paper)?

If so my eyesight is good i remember at the beginning of the show seeing quite a bit of the set as they were "carelessly" taping the sets down and saying "I take it you want the songs to be a surprise", but Laura saw some of the songs also. LYHOM standing out most.

on paper it's still not an amazing setlist at all, but the actual performance of most of the songs was so strong i don't think many people care/d. JBJ had a lot of trouble with These Days but i was still happy that he at least tried. That's all i want - for me if he tries to get the high notes and fails i don't say "he was rubbish and couldn't get any of the high notes", but after a show such as wolverhampton i WILL say "he was off form, he didn't even try to get any of the high notes".

1st 7 songs were very strong performances and well-ordered in the set (though runaway should appear in the encores). unfortunately though i think prayer sounds weaker and weaker these days, and i find it odd that Jon sings the "livin on a prayerrrrrr" bit going into the guitar solo, which is actual much harder to sing than the "woo ooohhh" bit :s

undivided i like but the chorus is way way way too slow - but i think they hit onto a good thing with the intro and the verses

wanted is i'm sad to say sounding very weak and "lowest common denominator" these days. It should at least be played when it's starting to get dark, but it used to be a big showpiece and now it's just another song in the set.

distance is really good live again - but i still think to criticise the structure of the song that the chorus is rubbish, too slow, keyboards too loud

IML - don't like it but Richie rocks on the solo as usual

LYHOM rocked again but not as much as Oostend even though there jon needed prompting

misunderstood should be scrapped from bounce and from all of our memories (as should captain crash from crush)

sat night was very good despite dropping the semi-improvised section

next 2 songs very strong

ITA should be dropped if jon's not prepared to risk the difficult parts of it. They were the parts that MADE that song... so for me not doing it is like KTF without the guitar solo

next 4 songs are very strong and i've started liking ISWID again since the band decided not to go into bad medicine directly after it

IGTG i dislike, and having the band's families on stage made the show special, but not the song (i'm not dillusional enough to say as much)

BOB rocked despite botched introduction (i blame Tico! )

Lola was great - ray davies got a big applause and both his and Jon's voices were particularly strong

BM is the usual song - still lacking the "oomph" it needs, but a song we all love nonetheless. Shout should REALLY be dropped... the only plus side of it these days is the way the band are introduced during it

these days was a nice surprise (comments above)

captain crash... :s

Twist and shout had 1 great scream in it... my only criticism was that it was only 1 unlike previous tours (and possibly versions on this tour)

NSG was quite special, but i was hoping richie would exchange acoustic for electric guitars, tico would do a heavy drum fill and move onto the snares for a full band version of it solo onwards (a la bombay 95 i think? somewhere in asia/indonesia)

fireworks! we at the front could barely see a thing... though i'm sure the rest of london had a great display lol

Tom
